As we approach the weeks leading to the summer of 2021, there's still a lot of uncertainty regarding what we can do to provide services to the community that involves the importance of human connection valued by Rotary members of old. But it's clear that the hand-to-face ritual is going to remain the norm for Rotary. Rotary, however, has changed. The Rotary network helps build friendships that last. The Pandemic was the catalyst for us to take on technology. To ensure that we can continue to hold the business meetings we hold online we have reintroduced service and social events in a safe face-to-face setting. The new possibilities were accompanied by our most effective pre-pandemic strategies to provide a fresh and bright outlook for Rotary.
